▶Large infiltrating myometrial mass(肌层巨大浸润性肌层肿块)

▶Heterogeneous hyperintensity on Tl-weighted images(不均匀T1高信号)

▶Iregularand ill-defined margins(形态不规则、边界不清)

▶On T2-weighted images,they usually show intermediate-to-high signal intensity,with central hyperintensity indicative of extensive necrosis(present in>50%of cases)(T2中心坏死高信号)

▶Hemorrhage is common,and foci of calcifications may be present(出血常见、点状钙化)

▶After contrast administration,they present early heterogeneous enhancement,due to the aforementioned areas of necrosis and hemorrhage(早期明显不均匀强化)
